چکیده

هدف مقاله حاضر تحلیل عوامل موثر بر اشتغال غیررسمی در مناطق شهری و روستایی ایران در فاصله سال‌های 1392 تا 1398 است. برای این منظور با بهره‌گیری از ریزداده‌های طرح هزینه و درآمد خانوارهای شهری و روستایی در بازه زمانی بیان شده، سهم اشتغال غیررسمی از کل اشتغال محاسبه شد. پردازش اولیه داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد به‌طور متوسط 45/1 درصد از شاغلین شهری و 74/6 درصد از شاغلین روستایی در مشاغل غیررسمی فعالیت دارند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از برآورد الگوی پژوهش بر مبنای داده‌های شبه‌تابلویی و به شیوه اثرات تصادفی در رگرسیون لجستیک حاکی از آن است که در مناطق شهری و روستایی سطح تحصیلات و تاهل شاغلین اثر معکوس (مطلوب) بر احتمال حضور آن‎ها در بخش غیررسمی دارد. همچنین رابطه U شکل میان سن و احتمال حضور شاغلین در بخش غیررسمی وجود دارد. ضمن اینکه مرد بودن در مناطق شهری و زن بودن در مناطق روستایی احتمال قرارگیری شاغلین را در بخش غیررسمی افزایش می‌دهد.
