تاثیر بانکداری خصوصی بر تولید اقتصادی ایران
برخی نظریههای اقتصادی که بر رابطه مثبت میان توسعه بخش مالی و توسعه بخش حقیقی اقتصاد تاکید دارند، خصوصیسازی بازارها و نهادهای مالی و توسعه حضور بخش خصوصی را به عنوان روشی برای دستیابی به توسعه مالی مطرح میسازند، اما عملکرد بانکهای خصوصی در برخی کشورها تفاوتهای اساسی با اهداف مورد نظر را بروز داده است. فقدان چارچوبهای مناسب اقتصادی و نهادی سبب شده تا عملکرد بانکهای خصوصی در این کشورها قابل دفاع نباشد. با توجه به این توضیحات، مطالعه حاضر به بررسی اثر بانکداری خصوصی بر رشد اقتصادی ایران، مبتنی بر دادههای سریزمانی (فصلی) و روش خودرگرسیونی با وقفههای توزیعی برای سالهای 1396-1382 پرداخته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که توسعه مالی نقش تعیینکننده و مثبتی در افزایش تولید و رشد اقتصادی دارد، اما هرچه دامنه فعالیت بانکهای خصوصی گسترش یافته، تولید به طور منفی تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته است. علت این را باید در فضای نهادی و اقتصادی که بانکها در آن فعالیت میکنند، جستوجو کرد. بنابراین، بهرهگیری از ظرفیت بانکهای خصوصی باید مشروط به فراهمسازی چارچوبهای نهادی مناسب در این حوزه شود. نظارت مستمر و همراه با ضمانت اجرایی بانک مرکزی به ویژه جلوگیری از بنگاهداری بانکها و ورود کنترل نشده به بازار داراییها، مهمترین شروط هستند.

شناسایی مسیر توسعه قابلیتهای فناورانه کشور با استفاده از رویکرد پیچیدگی اقتصادی
پیچیدگی اقتصادی مفهومی است که امروزه برای بیان میزان توانایی کشورها در تولید کالاهای پیچیده از رهگذر فراهم ساختن ساختارهای مناسب فناورانه در جهت انباشت قابلیتهای فناورانه پراکنده و کاربردی کردن آن به کار میرود. در این مقاله سعی شده با تکیه بر رویکرد پیچیدگی اقتصادی به شناسایی محصولات موجود در مرز قابلیتهای فناورانه اقتصاد ایران پی ببریم تا بتوان با تجمیع آنها اقدام به تولید محصولات متنوع و پیچیدهتر کرد. به همین منظور با استفاده از دادههای کد طبقهبندی SITC چهار رقمی، ۸۶ محصول شناسایی شدند که در صورت تولید و صادرات آنها میتوان به انباشت قابلیتهای فناورانه بیشتر دست یافت و کشور را به سمت تنوع و پیچیدگی اقتصادی بالاتری سوق داد. همچنین با توجه به سه معیار تعداد رقبای اصلی، حجم تجارت جهانی و تعداد کشورهای واردکننده از بین محصولات منتخب، 16 محصول در سطح جهان و 11 محصول در سطح منطقه به عنوان محصولات دارای اولویت انتخاب شدند.

نهادها و رشد اقتصادی (تحلیلی بنیادین از موانع نهادی تداوم رشد اقتصادی ایران عصر پهلوی دوم)
یکی از الگوهای نظری رایج برای فهم ریشههای تاریخی توسعهنیافتگی جوامع گوناگون، نظریه نهادگرایان جدید درباره بهبود کیفیت نهادی است که بر سرچشمههای بنیادین رشد اقتصادی تاکید دارد. براساس این نظریه، جوامع دارای نهادهای فراگیر با ایجاد فرآیند تخریب خلاق و توزیع رانت مولد با حرکت به سوی چرخههای تکاملی، رشد و توسعه اقتصادی پایدار را تجربه خواهند کرد، اما جوامع دارای نهادهای بهرهکش به دلیل سیطره مناسبات رانتی و توزیع رانت به صورت نامولد با حرکت به سوی چرخههای شوم در بلندمدت دچار عقبافتادگی و افول میشوند. در زمان پهلوی دوم، کشور ایران با وجود تجربه کوتاهمدتی از رشد اقتصادی به جای حرکت به سوی چرخههای تکاملی به سوی چرخههای شوم حرکت کرد؛ بنابراین، در این پژوهش به منظور واکاوی این موضوع، سعی خواهد شد با بهرهگیری از نظریه بهبود کیفیت نهادی به دلایل عدم تداوم رشد اقتصادی در طول این دوران پرداخته شود. برای این منظور با بررسی فرآیند تخریب خلاق در بازار سیاسی و اقتصادی به یکی از مهمترین موانع نهادی رشد اقتصادی این دوران پرداخته خواهد شد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که با وجود تجربه رشد اقتصادی کوتاهمدتی که در سایه نهادهای بهرهکش در طول این دوران میسر شد به دلیل عواملی نظیر نزاع بر سرقدرت، سیطره روابط شخصی بر امور، توزیع نامولد رانت و...، فرآیند تخریب خلاق در بازار سیاسی و اقتصادی شکل نگرفت تا با وجود وفور منابع درآمدی و کمکهای خارجی، کشور ایران نتواند به رشد و توسعه اقتصادی خود ادامه دهد.

نقش سرمایه طبیعی در رشد اقتصادی ایران
در سالهای اخیر در جهت شناخت تفاوت رشد اقتصادی بین کشورها، سرمایه طبیعی بهعنوان عامل مهم در مدلهای رشد وارد شده است. در همین راستا، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی نقش سرمایه طبیعی در رشد اقتصادی ایران انجام شد. برای این منظور از دادههای سریزمانی دوره 94-1359 و مدل رشد نئوکلاسیک سولو استفاده شد. شاخصهای معرفیشده برای سرمایه طبیعی شامل ردپای اکولوژیکی، ظرفیت اکولوژیکی، کسری اکولوژیکی، تنش اکولوژیکی و مساحت زمینهای کشاورزی است. یافتهها نشان داد نقش شاخصهای سرمایه طبیعی در رشد اقتصادی نوسان گستردهای دارد بهگونهای که کشش تولید نسبت به ردپای اکولوژیکی 04/0-02/0 بهدست آمد، اما این رقم برای ظرفیت اکولوژیکی و مساحت زمینهای کشاورزی به 10/0 تا 15/0 ارزیابی شد. ضریب متناظر برای سرمایه فیزیکی بالاتر از سرمایه طبیعی و اغلب در دامنه 17/0-12/0 قرار گرفت. افزون بر این نتایج، تابع تولید CES حاکی از بازده ثابت نسبت به مقیاس در اقتصاد ایران بود.

طبقهبندی ارتباط میان بیکاری و پیچیدگی اقتصادی براساس سطح نوآوری
یکی از نگرانیهای قدیمی بازار کار، جانشینی نیروی کار با روباتها و اتوماسیون بوده و بسیاری از افراد، رشد نوآوری و فناوری را متناسب با افزایش بیکاری دانستهاند. برخی از محققان تاثیرپذیری اشتغال از افزایش رشد فناوری را منوط به دامنه و عمق بازارها دانستهاند. شواهد موجود نشان میدهد تاثیرپذیری اشتغال از نوآوری و فناوری وابسته به قدرت رقابت جهانی کشورها و کیفیت نیروی کار آنها است. از آنجا که شاخص پیچیدگی اقتصادی، هم صادرات و هم سطح دانش موجود در اقتصادها را میسنجد، میتواند گزینه مناسبی برای در نظر گرفتن دامنه بازارها بهحساب آید.پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر پیچیدگی اقتصادی بر بیکاری با کنترل کردن اثر تولید ناخالص داخلی و تورم پرداخته و این پرسش را مطرح میکند که آیا سطحی از نوآوری وجود دارد که تعیینکننده نوع ارتباط میان پیچیدگی اقتصادی و بیکاری باشد. برای این منظور از رگرسیون آستانهای در پنلی از کشورها در بازه زمانی 2017-2008 استفاده شده است. یافتهها از غیرخطی بودن رابطه میان پیچیدگی اقتصادی و بیکاری حکایت دارد و شواهدی مبتنی بر جانشینی نیروی کار توسط فناوری هنگامیکه شاخص نوآوری در بازه (493/0 ,456/0[ قرار دارد بهدستآمده است.

تاثیر باز بودن تجاری بر تورم در کشورهای منتخب در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته
مقاله حاضر بر آن است تا با رویکردی تحلیلی مقایسهای و بهکارگیری دادههای ترکیبی به بررسی ارتباط باز بودن تجاری و تورم در کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته منتخب طی دوره زمانی 1990 تا 2017 پرداخته و فرضیه رومر را با بهکارگیری ارتباط شاخص تورم با درجه باز بودن تجاری مورد آزمون قرار دهد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان میدهد که فرضیه رومر در هر دو گروه مورد بررسی (توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه) رد شده است. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که اثر باز بودن تجاری بر نرخ تورم در هر دو گروه کشوری مثبت و معنیداری بوده، اما تاثیر باز بودن تجاری بر نرخ تورم در کشورهای درحال توسعه قویتر بوده است. همچنین اثر عرضه پول بر تورم در هر دو گروه کشوری مثبت و معنیدار بوده است. براساس سایر نتایج این مطالعه GDP اثر منفی و معنیداری بر تورم داشته است. همچنین نرخ ارز یک عامل تعیینکننده تورم در کشورهای توسعه یافته نبوده، اما در کشورهای در حال توسعه اثر مثبتی بر نرخ تورم داشته است.

تاثیر عامل پسماند و کیفیت نهادی بر تورم بالقوه
اختلاف قابل توجه نرخ رشد نقدینگی و نرخ رشد اقتصادی نوعی پتانسیل تورمی در اقتصاد ایجاد میکند. بخشی از این اختلاف به صورت تورم آشکار شده ظاهر میگردد. اما، بخش باقیمانده این اختلاف به عنوان تورم بالقوه(به صورت نهفته) در اقتصاد باقی خواهد ماند. تورم بالقوه بایستی در اقتصاد آشکار میشده اما به تاخیر افتاده و این امر میتواند در اقتصاد کشور، شوک تورمی و نااطمینانی تورمی ایجاد کند. لذا، تورم بالقوه از معضلات اصلی هر کشور است که بیم ترکیدن و بروز آن باعث ایجاد بیثباتی و نابسامانیهای اقتصادی میگردد و شرایط نااطمینانی حاصل از آن، بلاتکلیفی سرمایهگذاران را به دنبال داشته و منجر به کاهش سرمایهگذاری و اشتغال میگردد. عامل پسماند و کیفت نهادی از عوامل موثر بر تورم بالقوه است. زیرا، با بهبود عامل پسماند، کیفیت نهادی مناسب و حاکمیت بالای نظم و قانون، دغدغههای مربوط به رشد نقدینگی رفع میگردد. در این صورت، رشد نقدینگی متناسب با رشد اقتصادی است و از افزایش رشد نقدینگی بیشتر از رشد اقتصادی جلوگیری میگردد. لذا هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیرعامل پسماند و کیفیت نهادی بر تورم بالقوه کشورهای منتخب غنی از منابع طبیعی در بازه زمانی 2019-1996 و با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات معمولی کاملا تعدیل شده (FMOLS) است. نتایج این تحقیق بیانگر آن است که متغیرهای عامل پسماند، کیفیت نهادی و نرخ ارز بر تورم بالقوه تاثیر منفی و معناداری دارند. همچنین، بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، متغیر هزینههای دولت تاثیر مثبت و معنادار بر تورم بالقوه دارد.
