In addition, in spite of having one percent of the world's population, Iran suffers from more than six percent of all casualties from natural disasters in the world. Many major cities including Tehran are located on active faults. In the event of a potential earthquake Tehran's general urban weakness, high population density, and poor dispersion in neighborhoods can cause significant casualties and structural damage. Due to high level of trade with other provinces, the extent of damage would not be limited to Tehran and can cause considerable damage to the economy at a national scale. The main goal of this paper is to predict the regional economic loss from earthquake in Tehran and the rest of the country using a two-region input-output model. The main source of the data is a two-regional input-output table, which is constructed from 2011 national input-output table (Parliament Research Center) and regional accounts (Statistical Center of Iran), using FLQ non-survey based technique. The sectoral vulnerability under the five scenarios: none, little, moderate, major, and extensive are borrowed from Rahimi (2012). The results showed the economic impact of earthquake in Tehran on its GDP would be 81% in none, and up to 103% in the extensive scenario, while for rest of the country it would be 24% to 30% of national GDP.    }, keywords = {Tehran,earthquake,Regional Input- Output,Spillover Effects}, title_fa = {مدل‌سازی خسارت اقتصادی منطقه‌ای ناشی از فجایع طبیعی: مطالعه موردی زلزله تهران}, abstract_fa = {ایران به علت موقعیت لرزه خیزی و وجود گسل فراوان و همچنین قرارگیری روی یکی از کمربندهای زلزله خیز جهان موسوم به آلپا، در برابر این پدیده بسـیار آسـیب پذیر است. علاوهبراین با حدود یک درصد از جمعیت دنیا، بیش از شش درصد تلفات در بلایای طبیعی جهان را دارد. بسیاری از شهرهای مهم کشور از جمله تهران، بـر روی گسل‌های فعال قرار گرفتهاند، که ضعف کلی کالبد شهر، تراکم جمعیت بالا و نحوه نامناسب پراکنش جمعیت در سطح محلات شهری تهران در هنگام وقوع زلزله احتمالی خسارات جانی و مالی فراوانی را میتواند ایجاد کند. اثرات خسارات فوق بهعلت مبادلات بالای تهران با سایر مناطق اقتصاد ملی به تهران ختم نمی‌شود و می‌تواند خسارات جدی به کل اقتصاد ملی نیز وارد نماید. هدف اصلی مقاله برآورد تحلیل اثر بخشی اقتصاد سوانح و سرریزی‌های آن است. برآورد به کمک مدل داده ستانده دو منطقه ای صورت گرفته است که در آن دو منطقه، استان تهران و سایر اقتصاد ملی است. پایه آماری تحقیق، جدول داده ستانده دو منطقه‌ای است که بر اساس جدول داده ستانده ملی سال 1390 مرکز پژوهش‌های مجلس، و آمارهای منطقه‌ای مرکز آمار ایران از روش غیرآماری FLQ تهیه شده است. به‌علاوه آمار خسارت‌های فیزیکی ناشی از زلزله در تهران با سناریوهای اختلال شغلی و زمان بازیابی: ناچیز، کم، متوسط، شدید و خیلی شدید از رحیمی (1392) اخذ شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهند اقتصاد استان تهران در اثر وقوع زلزله در پنج سناریوی فوق از 81 % در سناریو ناچیز تا 103 % در سناریوی خیلی شدید از تولید کل اش را ازدست می دهد و خسارت اقتصاد ملی از منظر تولید ملی متناظر آن‌ها 24 % تا30% برآورد شده است.}, keywords_fa = {خسارات بلایای طبیعی,تهران,زلزله,داده- ستانده دو منطقه‌ای}, url = {https://ijer.atu.ac.ir/article_7498.html}, eprint = {https://ijer.atu.ac.ir/article_7498_2dcd0b91d1466308dd41716de9bf12c0.pdf} }
