In input-output literature, the traditional and extraction methods are often used to analyze the status of economic sectors. These methods have two major shortcomings: double-counting of linkages and having a flaw to show the changes in income of the labor. In this paper, to overcome these shortcomings and to provide a more realistic picture of the status of the oil sector at national and regional levels, a comparative comparison has been used between Iran and Canada focusing on their two major oil-exporting provinces, Khuzestan and Alberta. For this purpose, the production-to-production approach based on the Sraffa-Pasinetti-Leontief theoretical model which its main concept is the induced effect of value-added will be used. The results show that the oil sector creates 0.0435 and 0.0372 units of induced value-added in Iran and Khuzestan. In Canada and Alberta the corresponding figures are 0.3173 and 0.4382. Therefore, this sector has more interdependency with the other sectors in both national and regional levels in Canada (as a well-developed country) than Iran (as a developing country). However, services and industry sectors absorbed more decomposed induced value-added of the oil sector in comparison to other sectors. Therefore, national and regional policies should be implemented to have diversified products and prepare the requirement of having the most of interdependency prerequisites between the sectors.}, keywords = {Induced Effect of Value Added,Production to Production Approach,Vertical integration,Oil and Gas Sector,Regional Input-Output Tables,Khuzestan}, title_fa = {قدرت پیشرانی بخش نفت و گاز در اقتصاد ملی و منطقه‌ای (مطالعه موردی ایران و کانادا)}, abstract_fa = {در کشورهای نفت‌خیز بررسی جایگاه بخش نفت‌وگاز در سطح ملی و منطقه‌ای از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. در ادبیات مربوط به الگوهای داده-ستانده برای بررسی جایگاه بخش‌های اقتصادی دو روش‌ سنتی و حذف فرضی مورد استفاده قرارمی‌گیرد که به دلیل مبنا قراردادن ستانده، دچار احتساب مضاعف پیوندها و ناتوانی در تبیین وضعیت رفاهی هستند. مقاله حاضر برای رفع این مسئله و ارائه تصویر واقع‌بینانه‌‌ای از جایگاه بخش نفت‌و‌گاز در اقتصاد ملی و منطقه‌ای، مقایسه‎ای تطبیقی بین دو کشور ایران و کانادا و دو استان نفت‌خیز آنها (خوزستان و آلبرتا) با استفاده از رویکرد تولیدبه‌تولید در قالب الگوی نظری سرافا-پاسینتی-لئونتیف برمبنای سنجش اثرات القایی ارزش‌افزوده بخش‌ها ارائه داده‌است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بخش نفت‌و‌گاز در ایران و خوزستان به ترتیب 0/0435 و 0/0372 و در کانادا و آلبرتا 0/3173 و 0/4382 واحد، ارزش‌افزوده القایی به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم برای سایر بخش‌ها ایجاد کرده‌است. این ارقام نشان‌‌دهنده درهم‌تنیدگی بیشتر این بخش با سایر بخش‌ها در سطح ملی و منطقه‌ای در کانادا به‌عنوان یک کشور توسعه‌یافته نسبت به کشور درحال‌توسعه‌ای مانند ایران بوده‌است. بخش خدمات و صنعت در تجزیه شاخص اثرات القایی ارزش‌افزوده بخش نفت‌وگاز بر سایر بخش‌ها، در کشورها و استان‌های مورد بررسی، رتبه اول و دوم را در جذب ارزش‌افزوده القایی این بخش داشته‌اند. براین‌اساس توصیه می‌شود سیاست‌های توسعه‌‌ ملی و منطقه‌ای در راستای محدودکردن خام‌فروشی در این بخش و ایجاد ساختارهای مناسب در سایر بخش‌ها در جهت جذب حداکثری ارزش‌افزوده القایی از بخش نفت‌وگاز جهت‌دهی شوند.}, keywords_fa = {شاخص اثرات القایی ارزش‌افزوده,رویکرد تولید به تولید,یکپارچگی عمودی,بخش نفت و گاز,جداول داده-ستانده منطقه‌ای,خوزستان}, url = {https://ijer.atu.ac.ir/article_12675.html}, eprint = {https://ijer.atu.ac.ir/article_12675_74e3f1d800b0e78ca2438be7d6bf68b3.pdf} }
