Two prerequisites, which have not been considered by regional analysts in Iran, are highlighted to explain this problem: First, the recognition of theoretical foundations of place-based and place-neutral theories, and, second, the use of integrated and coherent statistics such as the MRIOT. The main purpose of this paper is to examine these two issues while using a multi-regional model with special emphasize on the feedback effects, based on following three questions: Is there a direct relationship between the size of GDP of different regions with their spillover and feedback effects? Which regions have a greater role in the spatial equilibrium? And finally, which sectors do play a greater role in the spatial equilibrium of the country? For answering the above questions, for the first time in Iran, the MRIOT is calculated. The MRIOT comprises nine regions based on the latest approval of the Supreme Council for Spatial Planning using the FLQ-RAS mixed method, within the framework of seven economic sectors for year 2011. Findings show that: First, there is no direct relationship between the size of GDP and the spillover effects of the regions. Second, the feedback effects of the regions with smaller GDP are higher which would potentially play a greater role in creating spatial equilibrium in the country. Third, the feedback effects of the agricultural related industries in eight regions are higher than that of the other economic sectors. This suggests that, this sector can be considered as the driving force behind the spatial equilibrium in the country.}, keywords = {Multi-Regional Input-Output Model,Spatial Equilibrium and Disequilibrium,Feedback and Spillover Effects,FLQ-RAS Mixed Model}, title_fa = {به‌کارگیری روش ترکیبی FLQ-RAS در محاسبه جدول داده- ستانده چندمنطقه‌ای در ایران}, abstract_fa = {مساله تعادل و عدم تعادل فضایی همواره یکی از دغدغههای سیاست‌گذاران و برنامهریزان منطقهای در ایران بوده است. تبیین این مساله نیازمند رعایت دو پیشنیاز است که تاکنون مورد توجه تحلیلگران منطقه‌ای در ایران قرار نگرفته است؛ نخست شناخت پایههای نظری نظریههای فضاپذیر و فضاگریز و دوم به‌کارگیری آمارهای یکپارچه و منسجم مانند جدول داده-ستانده چندمنطقهای. هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر واکاوی این دو پیشنیاز در کنار به‌کارگیری الگوی چندمنطقهای با تاکید بر اثرات بازخوردی در سنجش تعادل و عدم تعادل فضایی است که حول سه سوال بررسی میشود: آیا رابطه مستقیمی میان اندازه GDp مناطق با اثرات سرریزی و بازخوردی آنها وجود دارد؟ کدام‌یک از مناطق نقش بیشتری در تعادل فضایی دارند؟ و در نهایت کدام‌یک از بخشهای اقتصادی، نقش بیشتری در برقراری تعادل فضایی کشور ایفا می‌کنند؟ در راستای پاسخ به این سه سوال براساس آخرین مصوبه شورای عالی آمایش سرزمین و با استفاده از روش ترکیبی FLQ-RAS برای نخستین بار در ایران جدول داده-ستانده 9 منطقه در قالب 7 بخش اقتصادی برای سال 1390 محاسبه شده است. یافتهها نشان میدهند: 1- رابطه مستقیمی میان اندازه GDp و اثرات سرریزی مناطق وجود ندارد. 2- اثرات بازخوردی مناطقی که اندازه GDp کمتر است، بیشتر بوده و بنابراین مناطق فوق نقش بیشتری در ایجاد تعادل فضایی در کشور ایفا میکنند و 3- اثرات بازخوردی بخش صنایع وابسته به کشاورزی در هشت منطقه بیشتر از سایر بخشهای اقتصادی است و به این ترتیب بخش پیشران در برقراری تعادل فضایی در کشور به‌شمار میرود.}, keywords_fa = {مدل داده-ستانده چندمنطقه‌ای,تعادل و عدم تعادل فضایی,اثرات سرریزی و بازخوردی,روش ترکیبی FLQ-RAS}, url = {https://ijer.atu.ac.ir/article_11686.html}, eprint = {https://ijer.atu.ac.ir/article_11686_434c29625b29dbed43661b3a13992b77.pdf} }
